Nigerian songstress, Teni, has blamed producer Northboi for her failure to have a feature with Grammy-winning singer, Wizkid.
She explained that she and Wizkid had already recorded a song together, but it didn’t make it out of the studio due to the producer Northboi’s fallout with the Starboy boss.
Speaking in a video broadcast, Teni vowed not to forgive Northboi for ruining her chances of having a collaboration with Wizkid.
“Wizkid don do like 10 features but na only my own he no drop and na because of that useless boy Northboi. Na God go punish you. I no go forgive you. I no fit forgive you. God go punish you, Northboi,” Teni fumed in Pidgin.
Wizkid and producer Northboi had a public fallout in 2019 after the producer accused the singer of not giving him proper credit on ‘Joro’, even though he produced it.
Northboi alleged that Wizkid threatened him with a gun when he requested a contract for the beats.
In 2022, there were reports that the duo had reconciled after they were seen working together in a viral video.
In the video, Wizkid said, “More Love, Less Ego, the album on the way. I’m here with my brother for real. We’re back, baby… Northboi [laughs].”
