Francis Ordega is doubtful for Nigeria’s 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations final against the Atlas Lionesses of Morocco, DAILY POST reports.
Ordega sustained an injury in training and was omitted from the matchday squad in Nigeria’s semi-final victory over the Banyana Banyana of South Africa.
The Al-Ittihad Ladies of Saudi Arabia player has not trained fully with the team since then.
She is now racing against time to be available for Saturday’s (today) final at the Olympic Stadium, Rabat.
Ordega has made just one appearance for the Super Falcons at the WAFCON 2024 finals.
The 31-year-old is looking to win her fifth WAFCON title with Nigeria.
