CAS Broker and JAPTU launch nationwide Fuel Discount Program for over 9,700 truck drivers across West Africa

CAS Broker Ltd, Africa’s leading logistics technology company, in partnership with the Joint Association of Port Transport Unions (JAPTU Ghana), has officially launched the JAPTU Fuel Discount Program.
It is a groundbreaking initiative offering instant fuel cashback to more than 9,700 registered truck drivers operating within Ghana and across West African trade corridors.

The program is being rolled out across selected Shell filling stations nationwide, starting from the Shell Stations, providing drivers with instant cash rewards per drum of diesel purchased.
This initiative directly benefits truck drivers from Ghana, Burkina Faso, Niger, and Mali, significantly reducing transport operational costs and promoting fairer, more efficient cargo movement across borders.
Driving Digital Transformation in West African Logistics
Under the able leadership of Mr Eugene Ohemeng, Chief Executive Officer of CAS Broker Ltd, the company (www.casbroker.com) continues to position itself as the most innovative logistics technology company in Africa.

CAS Broker is leading digital transformation in the transport and port logistics industry through its integrated platforms powered by Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI) — ensuring transparency, efficiency, and traceability in logistics and trade operations across the sub-region.
CAS Broker’s suite of technology-driven solutions — including the CAS TMS (Transport Management System), CAS DVMS (Driver & Vehicle Management System), and the upcoming CAS Loadboard, a digital freight marketplace — is setting new standards for operational excellence, financial inclusion, and supply chain visibility across the continent.

Building on a Strong Partnership with JAPTU
The JAPTU–CAS Broker collaboration has already delivered several successful innovations aimed at improving the welfare and earnings of truck drivers and fleet operators. These include:
Driver registration and digital ID cards using NFC smart technology for tolls, payments, and fuel access.
The upcoming CAS Wallet will allow instant deposits, withdrawals, and fuel purchases via Shell stations nationwide.
Integration of real-time truck movement monitoring, enhancing transparency for shippers and logistics partners.

The new Fuel Discount Program adds another milestone to this partnership — reinforcing both organisations’ shared commitment to lowering transport costs and increasing profitability for port transport operators.
A Vision for West Africa’s Logistics Future
Speaking on the launch, Eugene Ohemeng, CEO of CAS Broker Ltd, emphasised: “This initiative is not just about cheaper fuel — it’s about empowering our drivers, digitising the transport ecosystem, and using technology to connect Ghana’s ports to our neighbouring economies. CAS Broker is building Africa’s future logistics backbone.”
With the rollout of the CAS Loadboard and continued investment in AI and Blockchain technologies, CAS Broker is solidifying its position as a trusted technology partner for ports, transport unions, and governments across Africa.
