Head coach Obinna Uzoho has expressed dissatisfaction with Kun Khalifat FC’s 1-1 draw with Bendel Insurance.
Kayode Oke gave Bendel Insurance the lead, while Uche Moses restored parity for the hosts
Uzoho admitted that his team failed to leave to expectations in the first half of the game.
“We started very late and the first half was a very bad game for our team,” Uzoho stated in a post-match interview.
“Both teams gave their all throughout the encounter but for my players the early goal weakened them which showed in the game.”
Kun Khalifat extended their unbeaten run to four games.
The result takes the Owerri club to 14th position from 10 matches, five more than Bendel Insurance who occupy 19th position.
