Kwara United interim coach, Ashifat Suleiman has set his sights on winning the 2025-26 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL title after a narrow win against Katsina United.
Ibrahim Yahaya’s long range strike earned Kwara United a 1-0 win over Katsina United at the Rashidi Yekini Stadium in Ilorin on Sunday.
Suleiman assured that his team won’t relent until they achieve their target for the season.
“We won the FA Cup last season, and this season our focus is the league,” Suleiman remarked.
Kwara United now occupy 10th position on the NPFL table with 12 points following the victory.
The 2025 President Federation Cup champions will be up against Rangers in their next game in Enugu.
