‘It’s difficult for me to be consistent’ – Rashford blames Man United

Barcelona loanee, Marcus Rashford has suggested that the inconsistency at Manchester United really affected his career.
Once tipped to become a legend at Old Trafford, Rashford has seen his Manchester United career gradually decline.
The winger spent last season on loan at Aston Villa where he performed relatively well but his display at Unai Emery’s side was not enough to keep him at Ruben Amorim’s Man United for another season.
He was again sent on loan this time away to Spain where he currently plays for LaLiga giants, Barcelona. His performance earned him a recall to the England national team.
Pundits and fans have expressed worries over the England international’s inconsistency in his performance.
Speaking to ITV during the international break, Rashford said, “I feel like I’ve been in an inconsistent environment for a very, very long time. So it’s even more difficult to be consistent.
“I think consistency is what I need to bring into my game. And yeah, I’m looking to do that.
“In order to be consistent, you need consistent variables like in your life and in the way you train.
“I have to look forward, and that’s definitely one of the things that I’d want to put right and improve on, to be at my best more often.”
Rashford has helped the Three Lions become the first European nation to qualify for next year’s World Cup.
