Daddy LUMBA’s Abusuapanin told Akosua Serwaa she is not Daddy Lumba’s wife- Akosua Serwaa’s lawyer speaks
William Kusi Esq, the Lawyer for Akosua Serwaa has verbally reacted to the decision by the late musician’s wife to take legal action against the family, and Odo Bronii, as she is popularly known.
Speaking on Peace FM, which Gh Page monitored, Lawyer Kusi confirmed the viral injunction picture that has flown across social media platforms.
In his narration, Lawyer Kusi disclosed that an action by the Abusuapanin of the late musician triggered their decision, stating that they want to ensure the right thing is being done.
According to him, everything was excellent, until, following the death of the musician, the Abusuapanin, via his lawyer communicated to them that Akosua Serwaa wouldn’t be the “Kuna” during the funeral rites of the late musician.
Per Lawyer Kusi’s narration, the Abusuapanin told them that before Daddy Lumba bought the farm, he and Akosua Serwaa had gone their separate ways.
Lawyer Kusi noted that, this triggered their decision to seek legal aid, to ensure the right thing is being done.
“Things happened during the one week that the lawyer of the Abusuapanin reached out to Akosua Serwaa via a letter to tell her that the Abusuapanin informed him that Akosua is no longer the wife of the late musician. Based on that, we also advised her to take legal action”, Lawyer Kusi said.
