The Kasoa Ofaakor Police have arrested a 25-year-old man identified as Kwame Whisky after his girlfriend, 22-year-old Linda, was discovered dead in his room at Awutu Papaase.
According to police reports, Linda was last seen on the evening of September 25, 2025, when she went to visit her boyfriend.
Her lifeless body was later found inside his room under circumstances yet to be determined.
Police have since transferred the body to the police mortuary for preservation and autopsy as part of ongoing investigations.
Authorities say Kwame Whisky is currently in custody assisting with investigations, while the cause of Linda’s death remains unknown.
