Nana Afia Sika, the young fetish priestess who gained nationwide attention during the final funeral rites of the late Asantehemaa, Nana Konadu Yiadom III, has opened up about her life in an exclusive interview with GhPage.
The 23-year-old priestess, who became a social media sensation after her striking appearance at the Dote Yie ceremony, revealed that she has been spiritually possessed by the powerful Twedie Akuatia deity since she was just four years old.
Candidly speaking in the course of the interview, Nana Afia Sika disclosed that despite her high-profile spiritual status, she had childhood dreams of becoming a musician.

“I always wanted to be a musician while growing up,” she said, hinting at a different path she might have taken had her life not been shaped by her calling.
She also revealed she has never been to church and is not ready for marriage.
Even if she were to marry, she explained, there are sacred rites that Otumfuo, the Asantehene, would have to perform before any union could take place.
