NPFL: Ekenedilichukwu upbeat Rangers will get positive result vs Kano Pillars

Rangers head coach, Ekeh Ekenedilichukwu says he is optimistic of a positive result against Kano Pillars.

The Flying Antelopes will lock horns with Kano Pillars at the Sani Abacha Stadium on Sunday.

Ekenedilichukwu described their host as one of the best teams in the league.

“We are going to Kano to do our best and hope to come out with a positive result. Pillars are not a small side, and we respect them for what they have been able to produce in the domestic league.” Ekenedilichukwu told BSN sport.

Rangers suffered a 2-1 loss to Kano Pillars in the same fixture last season.

Veteran midfielder Rabiu Ali and Jerry Alex were on target for Kano Pillars, while Bashir Usman scored the only goal for Rangers.
