Bishop Ajagurajah reveals a deep secret about Daddy Lumba

Founder and leader of the Ajagurajah Movement, Bishop Kwabena Asiamah, popularly known as Bishop Ajagurajah, has stirred fresh controversy following a bold claim about the late Ghanaian highlife icon, Daddy Lumba.
In an exclusive interview with GhPage, Bishop Ajagurajah disclosed that Daddy Lumba had confided in him that his true name was Kwabena Fosu, not Kwadwo Fosu, as widely believed by the public.
According to the outspoken cleric, the supposed concealment of Lumba’s real name played a key role in shielding him from spiritual attacks.
“No form of juju worked on Daddy Lumba because his real name was hidden. No one could call his spirit since they did not know the actual name he carried,” Bishop Ajagurajah asserted.
He further revealed that he was the last person to invite Daddy Lumba to a programme before the legendary musician’s passing.
The celebrated highlife star, born Charles Kwadwo Fosu, passed away on July 26, 2025, leaving behind an indelible legacy in Ghana’s music industry and a heated family dispute over his widows.
Bishop Ajagurajah’s revelation has sparked debate among fans and cultural observers, with some questioning the accuracy of the claim, while others see it as a rare insight into the private life of one of Ghana’s most revered musicians.
