A man has been left shattered after finding out that he is not the biological father of his child, 10 months after his girlfriend announced her pregnancy to him.
The young man identified as Yusuf took to X to make the revelation, following the incident.
The man had initially taken to X to announce that he would soon be a father, as he and his partner were expecting their first child.
He shared a photo of the scan showing the baby in the womb.
In the initial tweet, he expressed excitement and referred to the news as the perfect valentine’s gift.
“The best Valentine’s Day surprise ever ? I’m gonna be a dad,” he wrote.
However, the man has taken to social media again in November to reveal that he recently found out that the child he expressed excitement over fathering wasn’t his.

Social media users took to the comment section to console home and encourage him following the incident. Some have urged him to look beyond that and care for the child.
