According to her friends and family, she left home early for the venue of the recruitment to look for a job as a soldier but never returned.

Recall that on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, a stampede occurred at the El-Wak Sports Stadium during the Ghana Armed Forces’ annual recruitment exercise.
According to a press statement released by the Armed Forces, six individuals died in the incident, while several others sustained serious injuries.
The incident reportedly happened after a large crowd of applicants breached security protocols, leading to the unfortunate loss of lives.
