Black Stars hold first training session in Nagoya ahead of Japan and South Korea friendlies


The Black Stars held their first training session in Nagoya ahead of their two friendly games as part of the Asia Tour.
19 players were involved in the team’s opening session, which took place on Wednesday, November 12.
The players include Joseph Anang, Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Derrick Kohn, Jerome Opoku, Ebenezer Annan, Jonas Adjetey, Kojo Oppong Peprah, Caleb Yirenkyi, Alidu Seidu, and Gideon Mensah.
The rest are Abu Francis, Kwasi Sibo, Prince Owusu, Kamal Deen Sulemana, Antoine Semenyo, Brandon Thomas-Asante, Kelvin Nkrumah, and Prince Adu Kwabena.
Christopher Bonsu Baah also joined the squad for the first training session.
The Black Stars will hold their official training at the Toyota Stadium in Aichi on Thursday, November 13, ahead of the Kirin Cup clash against Japan on Friday, November 14, 2025.
