Akosua Serwaa & Lumba’s sister Bremponmaa are fighting behind the scenes – Rashad alleges

Award-winning Ghanaian blogger and vlogger Rashad, host of GhPage’s Rash Hour Show, has alleged that a growing misunderstanding is developing between Akosua Serwaa, the first wife of the late highlife legend Daddy Lumba, and his sister, Ernestina Akosua Brempongmaa.

According to Rashad, an insider close to the family has revealed that the two women who were initially united by a common purpose following the musician’s passing are now embroiled in a behind-the-scenes dispute.

According to the insider, the tension, stems from a breakdown in their initial agreement.

Akosua Serwaa had allegedly tasked Brempongmaa to represent her interests in Ghana while she remained abroad.

However, the arrangement appears to have caused friction, with both parties feeling that the other has deviated from their original understanding.

Per the insider’s account, Brempongmaa believes that Akosua Serwaa should return to Ghana to support her directly in ongoing family and estate matters, rather than leaving her to face the challenges alone.

She is also reportedly concerned Akosua Serwaa will end up claiming all of Daddy Lumba’s properties and benefits meanwhile, she’s the one who did all the dirrty works in Ghana for her.

Rashad emphasized that his claims are based on insider information, adding that the situation could worsen if the two do not resolve their differences soon, especially as ongoing court and traditional proceedings continue over Daddy Lumba’s estate and marital status.

Neither Akosua Serwaa nor Brempongmaa has issued a public statement regarding the alleged dispute.

The revelation adds another layer to the already complex posthumous drama surrounding the legendary musician’s legacy, as family members and associates continue to navigate issues of inheritance, representation, and public perception.
