CompuGhana launches annual Cashback Open Day Festival

CompuGhana Limited launched its annual Open Day Cashback Sales Festival at its Airport West branch in Accra on Friday, marking the start of its end-of-year sales campaign.
The campaign, which will run through to December, offers its patrons instant gifts, discounts, and a grand prize of a brand new SUV for one lucky shopper.
In an interview with the Daily Graphic, the Marketing Manager, Rita Safoa Nyarko, said the event signified CompuGhana’s commitment to appreciating customers who had shopped with the company over the years.
Nyarko explained that the festival extended beyond discounts to create a celebratory atmosphere.
She emphasised that the company’s raffle system had been simplified to make every customer eligible once they purchased an item.
“When you buy from us, your invoice is your ticket to win. You are automatically entered into the draw and have three chances to win — the first draw, the Black Friday draw, and the grand draw,” she said.

Rewarding Loyalty
Brand Ambassador, Cynthia Tima Yeboah, popularly known as Tima Kumkum, said the initiative aimed to reward customers with both instant and long-term benefits.
“This is the opening of our biggest cashback sales festival ever. Our customers have shopped with us the whole year, and from October to December, we are allowing them to get something back from us because we love them,” she said.
Tima noted that customers who purchased items worth GH₵1,000 or more automatically entered the raffle.
“When you buy something from us, your invoice becomes your entry. It’s that simple,” she explained.
She added that customers could also enjoy instant discounts and on-the-spot cash prizes.
Tima clarified that the festival was not limited to the Airport West branch.
