Smart surveillance draws attention on Day 3 of Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair as homeowners explore security options



As the Ecobank–JoyNews Habitat Fair continues at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), exhibitors are not only showcasing building materials, roofing options, furniture and finishing accessories, but also modern home security solutions for homeowners looking to secure their properties.

Among these security exhibitors is Virtual Security Africa, which is presenting a range of surveillance and electronic safety systems that homeowners can take note of while exploring the fair.

Their solutions include CCTV camera systems, fire alarm installations, electric fencing, video intercoms, access control systems and remote monitoring platforms, tools that allow homeowners to enhance security from the construction or renovation stage.

A representative from Virtual Security Africa explained the scope of solutions on display:

“We offer sales and installation of electronic security solutions. We sell CCTV cameras, fire alarm systems, electric fences, audio and video intercom, access control and intrusion detection systems, access tracking systems and remote monitoring, electronic security designing and consulting, CCTV and covert security surveillance solutions, enterprise integrated electronic security solutions.”

The company is also offering special discounts as part of the fair:

“We are offering up to 30% discounts on our CCTV cameras: that’s our HDTVI cameras and it lasts till December.”

Homeowners attending the third day of the fair can also explore security options that complement the construction and home improvement products already available.
