The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Namibian referee Mr. Negongo Mweshitsama Naftal for the CAF Champions League second-round first-leg tie between Black Bulls and Rivers United.
Naftal will be assisted by compatriots Alex Muzibwene Lumponjani (Assistant Referee 1) and Hangula Velinoma Angula (Assistant Referee 2).
Fillipus Hanyemunange Nghilinganye will serve as the fourth official.
Zanzibar’s Suleiman Othman will be the match commissioner.
The encounter is billed for the Campo da ABB Stadium in Maputo on Saturday, 18 October.
The return leg is scheduled for the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Saturday, 25 October.
