Take solace in lives she touched – Aides console Gov Eno as he marks wife’s memorial

Commissioners and Special Advisers to Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State have encouraged him to be comforted with the lives his late wife, Pastor Patience Eno touched positively while alive as he remembers her one year after demise.
In a statement signed by Frank Archibong, Dean, College of Commissioners and Special Advisers and made available to newsmen in Uyo in commemoration of late Patience Eno’s one year Memorial, the aides expressed desire to celebrate the late first lady’s enduring legacy- the Golden Initiative for All.
They stressing that the project was established with a clear and compassionate mandate to empower the vulnerable, uplifting women and youth, and providing critical support in health and education.
He explained that late Patience Eno’s vision was not just a concept but an actionable plan for community transformation as seen in the significant gains being recorded through scholarships, skills acquisition programs, and healthcare initiatives.
Archibong said the authentic tribute to the late first lady’s memory is the sustenance of her legacy project- GIFA through her daughter who is coordinating the office and living out her mother’s dreams.
The dean also commended the governor for his resilience and commitment to service irrespective of what he termed as ‘immense personal tragedy’
