A chilling video circulating on social media captures the dramatic moment a homeowner opened fire on a gang of armed robbers who were attempting to invade his property.
Citing the video, the incident happened when the homeowner spotted the intruders through his window and quickly armed himself in preparation for a possible confrontation.
The footage shows one of the robbers climbing the stairs in an apparent bid to break into the house.

Before the intruder could force entry, the homeowner fired his weapon and unalived him on the spot.
In a tense exchange that followed, the remaining robbers attempted to fight back, but the homeowner shot another member of the gang dead.
The surviving suspects then fled the scene to avoid being gunned down.
