Super Eagles defender, Igoh Ogbu has been ruled out Slavia Prague’s UEFA Champions League clash with Bodo/ Glimt, DAILY POST reports.
Ogbu is currently nursing an injury, and is not fit for the encounter slated for the Fortuna Arena.
Head coach, Jindřich Trpišovský provided a fitness update on the centre-back ahead of their Champions League opener.
“We had problems with the marodka, unfortunately I will just say that Honza Bořil and Igoh Ogbu will not be in the nomination,” Trpišovský was quoted by the club’s official website.
The gaffer will hope to have the former Flying Eagles star back for their league clash with Liberec this weekend.
Slavia Prague will be playing in the group stage of the lucrative competition for the first time in six years.
