Ashanti Regional Chairman on the ticket of the NPP, Chairman Wontumi, also known as “Ghanafo) mo ns)re ooo” has disclosed how he almost bought his ticket to the land of silence at the EOCO custody.
Speaking before some party foot soldiers to project former vice president, Dr. Bawumia, the Ashanti Regional Chairman shared the sad story.
Chairman Wontumi shared that he was given bad treatment when he was arrested by the EOCO.
Narrating what happened, Chairman Wontumi said that instead of treating him well because of his personality, the EOCO treated him as an outcast.
He revealed that he was kept in a small and tight room and almost bought his ticket to the land of silence as a result of that.
“I was kept in a very small and tight room after I was arrested by EOCO. I nearly died while there”, he shared.
