The National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Debo Ologunagba, has said the party was never in Internal Care Unit, ICU.
Ologunagba made this statement on Wednesday, when he appeared as a guest in an interview programme on Arise Television.
According to him, PDP remains strong, united, and prepared for its national convention scheduled for November in Ibadan.
“The Peoples Democratic Party is about the Peoples Democratic Party, and no one individual is above that party, and no one individual owns that party.
“The PDP was never in ICU. Do we have challenges? Yes, we do. Just like every human organisation or every human being, we do,” he said.
The spokesman also disclosure that the party was correcting past mistakes after undergoing a post-mortem review of the 2023 elections.
Ologunagba boasted that the PDP remained the only true alternative for Nigerians, citing its nationwide presence.
