Former Niger Senator Ibrahim Musa dies at 63

A former senator, Ibrahim Musa, who served as the representative of Niger North Senatorial District from 2011 to 2015, has died at the age of 63.
Musa was a member of the now-defunct Congress for Progressive Change, CPC, during his tenure in the Senate.
He passed away in Abuja on Thursday, August 7, 2025, after a brief illness.
The Niger State Government officially confirmed the news through the Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Alhaji Abubakar Usman.
