Transfer: Chelsea confirm deal for Dewsbury-Hall as Newcastle target Jackson

Chelsea have confirmed that midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has left Stamford Bridge to join Everton in a permanent transfer.
Dewsbury-Hall, 26, joined the Blues from Leicester City in 2024 and made 36 appearances across all competitions last season.
He leaves Enzo Maresca’s side as a European and world champion, having been part of the group that won the Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup trophies.
“We thank Kiernan for his efforts throughout his time at Chelsea and wish him well as he begins a new chapter in his career,” Chelsea’s statement partly read.
Meanwhile, in another development,
Newcastle United will move for Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson if they lose their star attacker Alexander Isak, The Sun reports.
Newcastle had their eye on RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko, but the striker looks set to join Manchester United instead.
Jackson is back in training with Chelsea ahead of the new Premier League season, but the Blues are open to selling the Senegal international for the right price.
