Former MP for Manhyia North who doubles as a coordinator of the late Daddy Lumba’s funeral committed, Lawyer Collins Owusu Amankwaah, has swept Akosua Serwaa’s legal action under the carpet.
Lawyer Collins Owusu has stated emphatically that “Let me put on records that there is no injunction on the final funeral rites of the late Daddy Lumba. There is no injunction. Nothing shows that Daddy Lumba’s funeral wouldn’t come off December 6”.
Reacting to Akosua Serwaa’s legal action, Collins Amankwaah stated that “If Akosua Serwaa doesn’t understand certain things and she has run to seek legal aid, we have nothing to say. We leave that to the court to handle”.
The lawyer noted that, Akosua Serwaa has no right, or control over what happens, and who appears at the funeral rite of the veteran musician.
