The selection of PS Plus Essential games for July 2025 is available now, except not all of it is if you are hitting an error page when trying to download Diablo 4.
The three titles have only been live for just over an hour in the UK and Europe, but widespread reports are coming in of redemption issues, preventing PS Plus members from accessing the game. The other two games, King of Fighters XV and Jusant, don’t seem to be affected.
Player reports claim their error message reads: “Not available for purchase. You already own another edition.” This is due to the fact they played the game’s beta test prior to release, so the PS Store is counting that as a full version and preventing them from downloading the actual game via PS Plus.
We attempted to download Diablo 4 on PS Plus and received the following error:
Like most glitches in the PS Plus service, this issue should be rectified within the next 24 hours. Still, it’s disappointing you might not be able to start playing straight away, especially after we recommended at least playing the campaign.
