A Nigerian hair vendor has taken to social media to cry out after allegedly being assaulted by a dissatisfied customer who attempted to pick a wig worth ₦1.1 million over claims of a wrong delivery.
The incident was captured in a video posted on TikTok, where the vendor narrated her ordeal.
According to her, the customer initially ordered a 24-inch bone straight wig, which was duly provided.
However, the customer later claimed the hair delivered was not what she ordered.
“She came to our store and ordered a 24-inch bone straight. This is the video of what she ordered, and this is the footage of the hair from our camera. She’s now saying it’s not the same hair,” the vendor explained in the video.
In another clip, the vendor alleged that the customer tried to move towards a wig valued at ₦1.1 million, raising suspicion that she intended to take it instead.
The vendor also displayed bruises on her body, claiming they were inflicted during the altercation.
A man was seen in the video trying to de-escalate the situation by restraining the customer to prevent further violence.
